When you submit our lead form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your first name, last name, phone number, email address, property address, the reason your listing expired (optional), your preferred time to be contacted, and your preferred language.

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site. This information is collected through Google Analytics 4 and standard server logs.

The Site uses Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga and_ga_*) to help us understand how visitors use the Site. We do not set our own advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry about your expired listing;
• Contact you by phone, email, or text message about your request;
• Provide the real estate services you have requested;
• Improve the performance and content of the Site;
• Comply with legal obligations and applicable real estate regulations.

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Site and serve our clients. These currently include:

• Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics (standard GA4 configuration; Google Signals and advertising features are disabled).
• Follow Up Boss — customer relationship management for storing and following up with leads.
• Twilio — sending SMS/text messages related to your inquiry.
• Lovable Managed Email — sending transactional email notifications.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for lead form submissions.
• Lovable Hosting — website hosting infrastructure.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf.

As licensed REALTORS® with First Team Real Estate, we may share information with First Team Real Estate as reasonably necessary to provide real estate brokerage services and comply with applicable law and real estate regulations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

When you submit the form, you consent to be contacted by phone, email, and text message about your request. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may opt out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information collected through the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations under California real estate law, and resolve disputes.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request information about the personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

The following practices are not currently in use on the Site. This Policy will be updated if any of them are added in the future:

• Meta Pixel and other advertising or remarketing pixels;
• Google Signals or Google advertising features within GA4;
• Sale or sharing of personal information for behavioral advertising;
• AI chatbots or automated conversational tools;
• SMS marketing campaigns unrelated to your inquiry.
